Each report is accompanied by a one-on-one 90-minute debrief session with one of our G.R.I.T. – Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® trained coaches. This debrief is a crucial part of the process to help those assessed takeaway key insights and create a developmental plan of action.

The Science Behind Our Assessments
Our signature cognitive behavioral coaching approach of G.R.I.T. - Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® was born from and solidified by our Founder’s observations during more than a thousand coaching sessions. These observations confirmed 21 key human characteristics successful individuals harnessed to achieve their goals. Born from this is our G.R.I.T. - Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® Assessment to measure those key human characteristics.
Taking this one step further, we explored a way to measure the real tangible impact harnessing one’s G.R.I.T. - Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® through coaching has. After exploring decades of research around professional coaching, validated measures of constructs (such as empathy), and the underlying behaviors/mentalities successful individuals exhibit, our G.R.I.T. - Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® 360 was born. This 360 truly measures the impact harnessing one’s G.R.I.T. - Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® through coaching has on us, those around us, and our organization.
