Each of our workshops are rooted in our signature cognitive behavioral approach of G.R.I.T. – Give, Recognize, Implement, Time and professional coaching practices (Click here to learn more about them).  This approach gets to the heart of the underlying characteristics which need to be addressed to help people be successful.  In addition, we use a “Tell, show, do” method for conveying information in our workshops to ensure a higher retention and understanding by the participants in our workshops.

We take this approach because we know how important the development of your employees, time, and money are to you, as well as, the success of and satisfaction with your investments.

The Logistics

We offer 3 workshops. 1) The Art of subtle Suggestion® for effectively having challenging, difficult, and uncomfortable conversations; 2) G.R.I.T. – Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® for mastering mindset to increase focus, confidence, and performance; and 3) a custom leadership offering. Each of our workshops begin with a conversation to understand your specific needs so we can tailor their content specifically for you.  After designing the workshop around your specific needs, we will deliver the workshop in-person or virtually. Our standard workshop is 1 half-day session. Looking for something different? Just ask 😊.

The Art of Subtle Suggestion® Workshop

Communicating effectively during challenging, difficult, and uncomfortable conversations isn’t as simple as knowing what words to use or the communication style of whom we’re talking to; rather, it’s understanding what communication is, how it works, the natural pitfalls we’re taught today, how to overcome those pitfalls, and how to adjust on the fly to have an effective and engaging and collaborative conversation.

Our Art of Subtle Suggestion workshop covers the above and much more to create immediately actionable takeaways which will increase effective communication within your organization while increase collaboration, engagement, innovation, and productivity.

G.R.I.T. – Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® Workshop

Our G.R.I.T. – Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® workshop is specifically designed to help individuals unblock the hurdles which stand in their way of being confident, staying focused, and performing at their best. Something which is sadly often missed as we are very action oriented today. The issue with that approach is it doesn’t help uncover and address the barriers which stand in our way of taking action. For example, feeling like we have to respond immediately to every email and Slack message; wanting to be there for others and dropping what we’re doing to address their questions; and constantly being distracted by our phones, social media, and everything else in our modern world.

Help your employees master their mindset to master everything else and, if they’re leaders, motivate others to do the same.

Our Workshop for Leaders

Learning the difference between managing and leading, and going from the subject matter expert to being responsible for people, can be a difficult transition for new leaders.  An increase in workload and/or the number of direct reports can be a struggle for established leaders.  And, all leaders can struggle with having difficult conversations with their direct reports.  We know overcoming these hurdles and developing your leaders is important for you.

Our G.R.I.T. – Give, Recognize, Implement, Time workshop for leaders is specifically designed to help grow their careers; create greater fulfillment, well-being, and balance; increase their resilience to negative influences and relationships which exist; maximize their positive impact on your organization’s culture; motivate, relate to, inspire, and truly lead their employees; and much more.

Examples of the specific areas this workshop can address and the benefits from addressing them are listed below.  As we noted above, we tailor our workshops to your specific needs and goals and use the below as a baseline for that discussion.
