Designing and executing a new strategy to reach organizational goals, such as increasing revenue, creating a new product, and dealing with the expansion and growth of your business can be a daunting task. Here, at Strive For More, we don’t just talk about creating a vision, we talk about creating a strategic vision. What that means is, we take the time up front to explore and define what will make us successful through a detailed strategy which allows us to actually bring our vision to life and meet our needs and goals. We call this our strategic planning approach. We take this approach because we know how important it is for you to reach the goals you have as a business, and just like with our business goals, know the importance of planning today for success tomorrow.

“By failing to prepare you are preparing to fail.”

7 Key Areas for Designing New Strategy

Strategy Execution Process

Our strategic planning approach assesses your organization in the seven key areas shown above. This assessment allows us to dive deeply into key components of your organization which can make or break the design and execution of a new strategy. After this assessment, we’ll know what strategic changes and shifts need to be made during the execution of your new strategy to ensure your organization meets its needs and goals.

After the design of your new organizational strategy is complete, we take a four-step approach to executing it, as seen to the left. We take this execution approach, and assess your organization as noted above, because your employees are the lifeblood of your organization. Without them, there would be no cogs in the wheel and the bottom line would become a bottomless pit. Our approach puts the engagement of your employees first and foremost as they will be responsible for living the new strategy and determine the success of it.
