Our G.R.I.T. – Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® 360 is an in-depth tool measuring the 21 key human characteristics of G.R.I.T. – Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® and 95 additional key human characteristics harnessing our G.R.I.T. – Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® impacts.
Every 360 comes with a report highlighting ratings in the 21 key human characteristics of G.R.I.T. – Give, Recognize, Implement, Time®, areas of impact, key skills, benchmarks for comparison, strengths and areas to grow in, areas of overconfidence and underconfidence, and open-ended comments. Each report is accompanied by a one-on-one 90-minute debrief session with one of our G.R.I.T. – Give, Recognize, Implement, Time® trained coaches. This debrief is a crucial part of the process to help those assessed takeaway key insights and create a developmental plan of action.
